It wouldn't be so shameful if there were any possibility of reconciliation.

But Mr. Nessim says there is fundamental incompatibility which cannot be resolved!

No Mr. Nessim this is a lie, it will all be resolved.

The sins of unrepentant men stay on the books of Shemayim (heaven) until Mashiyach returns.

There will be no hiding behind religious or any other mask when Mashiyach returns.

     On February 26th, 1997 an eight page "fact finding" letter was drafted by Mr. Steve Shumacher and signed by Baruch Ben Daniel with an appeal for disclosure of particulars regarding the banishment of Mr. Emanuel Butkovsky from Kehillath Tsiyon Messianic Congregation in Vancouver BC.  Baruch asked Mr. Eli Nessim why it was necessary to condemn Mr. Butkovsky to hell.  Rather than consider his appeal Mr. Nessim ramped up a gossip campaign and character assassination against Baruch, using Steve Schumacher as informant and secretary for himself.

     On February 27th, 1997 a letter was written by Steve Schumacher on behalf of Eli and Judith Nessim/Lionel and Sylvia Leslie, leaders of Kehillath Tsiyon in Vancouver BC Canada charging that:

• Baruch lied to the leadership

• Baruch and the Leadership have "basic incompatibility"

• Baruch is not to be allowed a hearing regarding the gossip or reasons for banishment from the congregation

• Mr. Nessim stated he was "concerned about gossip at the Kehillath"

• Baruch would be granted the privilege to contact (the self idealized "venerable") Eli Nessim and/or Lionel Leslie regarding his grievances

• Leadership would not object if Kehillath members remained in contact with damnable out-casted heretics Baruch ben Daniel and Emanuel Butkovsky.

     During a ZMF (Zion Messianic Fellowship) council meeting a list of charges were levied against Baruch and disseminated through gossip channels.  Mr. Eli Nessim and cohorts fabricated tales for their congregation in an effort to publicly discredit Baruch, a diversionary tactic from "the real issues."

There is One Torah, One Mashiyach and One Body

The "Doctrinal" Matters

Netzarim Yehudi (original Jewish followers of Yeshua) follow the "Ancient Paths" of Torah based covenant.  Adon Y'shua brought forth "old wine" which comes from everlasting not "new wine" of Torah-less Hellenism, as being taught by the modern Western Hellenized "church."*  Y'shua was about 30 when he began to call his disciples, he was considered a "new wineskin" by the older status quo Pharisees.  Wineskins represent the "Teacher", wine represents the "teaching".  YHWH's Word (His Torah) will never become outdated, however, modern religious men refuse to understand and acknowledge Torah in a modern context, many think of Torah as "old testament" but neither Torah, The Word of YHWH, or YHWH Himself, are "old" or "outdated".  Y'shua is the Word of YHWH come in flesh, his WORD is Sure and Steadfast because YHWH is the Source with Whom there is no variableness neither shadow of turning.

The Faith of Mashiyach teaches of the Father, Son and Ruach HaKodesh Who are ONE, not Three persons.  However, YHWH Elohim, haMashiyach and the Ruach haKodesh are being taught as separate individuals (persons) in a doctrinal "Godhead" which is a theology that christo-pagans use to put the souls of people to hell.  The Christian crusades used the Trinity doctrine to murder millions of people efforts to support their pluralistic pagan values as opposed to monotheistic Judaism.

Y'shua Mashiyach came to earth as YHWH in flesh, the Arm of YHWH revealed, however "Persons" of the Trinity makes three separate and distinct god entities, its origins are pagan.  Gentile Christianity absorbed Hellenism, but the teaching of Y'shua, the Torah Mashiyach, is based on the monotheistic Theocracy of YHWH.  Tertullian and many Church founders were known to teach followers of Jesus to endorse paganism, Tertullian coined the word Trinity from Philo who coined the word Triad as a Kabbalistic term for the Sephirot.  The "Godhead" or any other "doctrine" was never given by YHWH as "testing truth" to divide people based on intellectual understanding of who YHWH is.  The Word of YHWH requires obedience actions that produce righteous character that emulates the life of Yeshua haMashiyach (the Messiah).

BUT Mr. Eli Nessim holds "the Trinity is salvational", one must believe in the "Persons of the Trinity" or go straight to hell.  Mr. Nessim is what many refer to as a Jew in Greek clothing.  This is not to bring offense to Greek culture or people but to generally note that Greek culture is polytheistic and Jewish culture is monotheistic.

Netzari Yehudi believe Torah is Mashiyach pre-incarnate.  Torah is and always was intended for both Jews and non-Jewish followers of Mashiyach.  It was a mixed multitude who received Torah at Mt. Sinai when YHWH wrote the Eser haDibrot (Ten Commandments) on the tablets which Moshe brought before Him.  Non-Jewish Believers are recorded as Ger Toshav (Sojourners, but mistranslated as strangers) who are joined with Israel to be ONE people.  The Noachide doctrine was invented by Pharisaism, Gentile means pagan, but Gentiles who take hold of Y'shua Mashiyach are neither Gentile or pagan, they become New Creations, old things have passed away, behold all things are made new.

BUT Mr. Eli Nessim is a Dispensationalist, he teaches the Torah is optional for Jews and not necessary for Gentiles, he teaches a form of Noachide Law, which is paganism.  Messianic leaders such as Mr. Nessim and his colleague and mentor Mr. Arnold Fructenbaum teach that Gentiles are mainly put on earth to serve the needs of Jews, a common theme among carnal Messianic Jewish leaders who learned "Old Testament" ideas from Hellenized Professors and Pharisees.  Again these are Jews in post-apostolic Greek clothing, not Jews who represent the original Faith of Yeshua Mashiyach.  These carnal Jewish leaders are token Jews who wear "Messianic" labels and distinguish themselves as Jews.  Mr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum is Jewish by birth and a Scofieldian who teaches that "Dispensationalism" is "the most pro-Jewish, pro-Messianic theology", he laments that many in the Messianic Movement attack dispensationalism.  Fructenbaum and the papacy are similar kindred spirits.

Netzarim Yehudi accept that YHWH has established Torah as the criterion by which the "Israel of Elohim" walks in righteousness as a lifestyle.  Netzarim do not subscribe to Replacement Theology but that Israel has and always will be a composite of Jewish and non-Jewish souls who walk together in Y'shua Mashiyach and Torah.

BUT Mr. Eli Nessim teaches the religious spin that Y'shua changed Torah.  Instead of righteousness of character, Nessim teaches that salvation comes by doctrinal purity, i.e. thou shalt believe in the Trinity and be saved or go right to hell.

Mr. Nessim teaches the Torah was CHANGED AND DISTORTED by the "New Testament" in Y'shua Mashiyach's blood, this is a Hellenistic lie against the Torah and Mashiyach.

BUT in truth, animal sacrifices NEVER took away people's sin.  THERE WAS ALWAYS A COMPONENT OF FAITH needed in our souls to trust in YHWH Who alone forgives sin and gives Salvation.  Y'shua became the PERFECT SACRIFICE for Sin and HE made ATONEMENT through his Shed Blood.  For anyone who has FAITH in Mashiyach, it is NOT his physical shed Blood that "saves", but our FAITH in HIS BLOOD is what gives entrance to Life.  Even the demons "believe", but what separates the household of faith from demons is the true Believer turns away from habitual sin, we make TESHUVA, we turn to YHWH and repent and stop repeating the same old carnal fleshy sins.  It takes a degree of Faith, willingness and oftentimes persistence combined with the Gift of Grace to turn from sin.

Catholics put up crosses and crucifixes and promote doctrines like "transubstitution of the Eucharist" which puts the  emphasis on the literal physical body and physical blood.  True Faith puts the emphasis on Faith and our Relationship to YHWH.  YHWH is a Rewarder of those who diligently seek Him and without Faith it is impossible to please Him.

BUT Mr. Nessim and Christianity call the true Faith of our Fathers and Netzarim Judaism legalism.  To do Torah, to live like Y'shua and all his disciples lived is inconvenient in the modern materialistic, humanistic, relativistic world, VERY inconvenient.

Netzari Yehudi accept that the Gifts of the Ruach HaKodesh have always been and always will be accessible to those who walk in Y'shua, the Promised Mashiyach of Israel.  As such, the ministry of the Ruach HaKodesh is evidence that a person has passed from death to life in Y'shua according to faith.

BUT Mr. Eli Nessim teaches that the operational gifts of the Holy Spirit are not in operation today.  And in the years that this website has remained up, Mr. Nessim has never changed his mind, he prefers the pleasures of post-apostolic Greek clothing to cloak his Jewish ancestry.

A prime example of "Messiantic Jewish" Gestapo-style Leadership

On March 1, 1997 a Mr. Daniel Henriquez and Dave (who would not give his last name) shut and locked the church doors as Baruch was about to enter, the two gentlemen stated the reason for the lockout... "Eli said because of heresy".  But they reconsidered and opened the door, one ran to inform Mr. Nessim who appeared very upset and then threatened to call the Police, but never did. 

After the meeting most of the church met in the foyer and Baruch met with multitudes of gossip attacks and allegations that were made public against him.  Baruch never went back to the fellowship but rather sought to reconcile the matter through phone calls and letter writing. 

Mr. Nessim refused any meetings for the purpose of reconciliation and outright rejected the authority of Scripture:  Ex. 20:16; Ex. 23:1; Lev. 19:16; Lev. 25:17; Deut. 19:15-19; 2 Thess. 3:15; 1 Tim. 5:13; Matthew 18.  Mr. Eli Nessim charges that Baruch rebuked him and that no one in the congregation is allowed to rebuke an elder, according to Scripture.  There is no authority in Scripture which indicates that elders or leaders are above everyone.  Baruch was never allowed the opportunity to rebuke Mr. Nessim. 

Here's A rebuke for Eli Nessim

• Mr. Eli Nessim you have been going about as a talebearer among your people Israel in violation of Leviticus 19:16.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you did not voice concerns directly to your accused as required in Matthew 18.  You violated both the authority of Scripture and your position as a leader.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you did not arrange a meeting with any witnesses prior to banning your accused from your fellowship in contravention of Matthew 18.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you or your elders, to whom you've given the "dirty work", have banished a number of people, accused them, gossiped about them and simply because they uphold Torah values or opinions contrary to your own.  This is cowardice and contrary to Scriptural protocol.  It is not acceptable in the Kingdom of Elohim to run a gestapo/informant ministry.

• Mr. Eli Nessim and Mr. Lionel Leslie have both lied and gossiped about souls who attended Kehillath Tsiyon who in good faith attended as part of the body of Mashiyach.  Souls get churned through the Nessim congregation each year, because the ego and pride of anti-egalitarian values marginalizes souls who don't subscribe to the pettiness of a one-man-show religious spirit.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you stated that reconciliation was impossible, you've condemned brothers in their walk in Y'shua, you have not judged righteously.

• Mr. Eli Nessim those whom you have accused have accepted the abuse as normal Christian protocol, you had plenty of opportunities to state your doctrinal positions up front and clear the air, instead your gossip runs rampant about them.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you were caught gossiping with your informants red handed, a Shabbat service at Kehillath Tsiyon Gigi said it was her job to "report to Eli" in the presence of yourself, Gigi and Baruch, you literally ran away and would not give an answer for your shameful behavior, you actions are arrogant, prideful and selfish.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you use informants and spies to get "dirt" on others, as part of your ongoing "ministry" you used Steve Schumacher as your secretary and informant, Gigi and others, instead of trying to make reconciliation you turn people against each other, this is as witchcraft.  You have no spiritual wherewithal to bring reconciliation to anyone.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you do not recognize the souls of your accused as being equals in Mashiyach so you abuse them.  You regard souls as LAITY, (Nicolaitans) those who follow a pagan deity in a two class religious system.  There is NO two class system in Mashiyach.  You are in violation of the Kingdom of Elohim in favor of hierarchical Babylonian paganism.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you introduced a membership to your Kehillath Tsiyon which was opposed by Scripture that requires  "Discipleship" in Y'shua, not membership in an institution.  You never gave Scriptural premise for imposing membership in the congregation, in so doing you adopted more paganism rather than a foundation of truth.

• Mr. Eli Nessim, you have not been capable of leading others into the kingdom of Elohim, you have built your ministry on advertising to Christians using a Jewish pitch but then you suspect that others are trying to steal your sheep.

• Mr. Eli Nessim, you call yourself a Jew in Y'shua but you teach a Torahless two class system of Jews and Gentiles under paganism, the Shabbat is either for Jews and Non-Jews in Y'shua together, or it is for neither.  Your teaching against Torah for non-Jews has undone both the circumcision of your heart and flesh.  A Jew is a Jew who is one inwardly, not after the flesh.  You are no more inwardly a Jew than the pope of Rome for teaching against Torah and imbibing your Crusader Trinity doctrines.  The post-apostolic church founders invented the abolition of Shabbat in favor of SUN-day paganism for both Jews and Gentiles, at least be consistent while you are under the authority of Rome.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you teach against the work of the Ruach HaKodesh by saying that what happened on Shavuot and in the days of the Apostles was for then and not for today.  You have blasphemed against the intent of YHWH and the Ruach HaKodesh by not calling a Kedoshim out from paganism, but you lead people back under the umbrella of Hellenism and Paganism.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you have adopted the hierarchical authority of the Chemarim (black robed priests of Baal) by surrounding yourself with light and vain men who have little or no knowledge of Torah or the Kingdom of Elohim, in this way you are able to protect and nurture paganism in your congregation.

• Mr. Lionel Leslie your key informant accused Baruch "we know what you're doing.. you're trying to steal our members"  by his evil imagination.  Mr. Nessim and Mr. Lionel Leslie you are two bald faced liars who are not man enough to admit your own words publically.  Your accused "brethren" were responsible for bringing souls into Kehillath Tsiyon, never once trying to "steal" anyone from "your" congregation.  You are a disgrace to the true body of Mashiyach.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you received your training and doctrinal ideas through a mainstream Christian (Greek based) denomination in the UK, it was stated by you Mr. Nessim that your financial support comes from your "parents" is held separate from the tithes and offerings you receive from those who attend Kehillath Tsiyon congregation in Vancouver.  You stated the congregation as an outreach to Jews.  You teach a dispensationalist pagan doctrine, not Messianic Judaism.  Your doctrines are derived from the Mother harlot church system from which you have been given authority for false leadership over Jewish souls.

• Mr. Eli Nessim you never returned phone calls or responded to attempts to reconcile matters, as you promised, but you gossiped and lied about the nature of private conversations.  You actions have been cowardice and those of a proud and arrogant *mamzer, neither your age or your Christian experience can afford you respect within the Body of Mashiyach.

Conclusion of the Matter

Kehillath Tsyion is an evangelical front for Mr. Eli Nessim and cohorts to turn Jews into Hellenized Christians in Greek clothing.  Mr. Eli Nessim has no intention of wearing his true Christian denominational label outwardly which is yet another cowardly act of both Mr. Eli Nessim and the Mennonite Brethren Church.  Those who attend Kehillath Tsiyon or similar congregations best take this matter to heart and,

Judge not according to the appearance, but Judge with righteous judgment!

*Beware of illegitimate Christian leaders (mamzers) who pose as "Messianic Jews", it's a trap of Hellenism.

*One should note, that the term "church" was derived from "Circe or Circ", pronounced Kirch.  Circe was the daughter of Helios, a Greek goddess and sun deity.  Circe also denotes the halo of light one sees over the heads of the Christian images of the "saints".  Even tho these symbols are age old, the fact is that they are new, and counterfeit to the original Faith.
